LINCOLN — The Nebraska Supreme Court granted Common Cause an expedited hearing on appeal in its lawsuit trying to prevent Secretary of State Bob Evnen from releasing sensitive voter data to the federal government.The court set an expedited date of March 31 to hear the appeal.
