Sterling James of Lincoln
LINCOLN - Sterling.James’ case went to Lancaster County District Court on Wednesday (July 15th). Previously James’ attorney filed that the Nebraska death penalty was unconstitutional. On Wednesday, Judge Kevin R. McManaman overruled that filing.
Therefore the state will continue to seek the death penalty for the killing of two adults and an unborn child.
