The 2026 High School Fall Sports season officially kicked off last Thursday with girls golf and softball.
My opening day was a ‘two-fer’ for one I caught the Shelby-RC girls golf team at Indian Trails near Beemer and a few hours later I covered softball in West Point at the Guardian Angels Central Catholic triangular.
