The familiar face in the nice photo accompanying his meaningful published tribute took me back to the day I met William H. Norton, Jr., better known as “Billy” (October 8, 1953 - February 22, 2022).
Billy was visiting his dad at the home place in Osceola, and we originally met outdoors, within neighboring backyards.
