    STROMSBURG — Cross County extended its win streak to seven games on Thursday, defeating Heartland in straight sets.

    The Class C-2 No. 9 Cougars cruised to a 25-19, 25-14, 25-15 win over the Huskies.

    Bren Lemburg led the Cougar attack with 13 kills, while Shyanne Anderson finished with 11 kills and three aces. Lilly Peterson had eight kills, five blocks and three aces. Bricelynn Larson had four kills…
