Nancy Lucille Carlson

Nancy Lucille Carlson went home to Jesus on October 15, 2022 at the age of 78. Graveside services will be held for her at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 29th, at Swedehome Cemetery, Swedehome, Nebraska.

Nancy was born on April 2, 1944, the daughter of Clarence and Minnie Carlson. After graduation from Osceola High School, Nancy went to college and received her nursing degree. She lived in Florida for two years, living as a lifeguard loving the sand and sun, then moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to fulfill her life as a nurse. She stayed in Minnesota for 44 years and returned to Nebraska in 2005, living a wonderful retired life in Grand Island, Nebraska. In September of 2014 she moved to Osceola Good Samaritan Society where she remained until her death.

She is survived by her siblings, Paul Carlson of Osceola, Miriam Johnson of Kimball; nephews and nieces, Robert (Melissa) Carey, Ronnie (Tina) Carlson, Pauline Pile, Cheryl (Troy) Nelson, and Connie (Scott) Nickolite, as well as many great-nephews and nieces.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Clarence and Minnie Carlson; and her brother, Ron Carlson.
