UNOFFICIAL 2022 GENERAL ELECTION RESULTS

Body

Polk County residents went to the polls on Tuesday to participate in the midterm elections.

More than 2,000 votes were cast locally in the election. This year's General Election saw 58.15 percent of all Polk County registered voters (2,083) go to the polls or request an early ballot. According to Polk County Clerk Deb Girard, more than 500 early ballots went out this election season. As of Tuesday morning, all but 30 had been returned before Election Day.
