A recently televised Lincoln, Nebraska newscast addressed “illegal trash burning in Osceola” surely heightening existing concerns amid serious and (recently reported) worsening area drought.
Perhaps someone overwhelmed by life challenges was not thinking clearly. Although unable to condone, by trying to understand, we might be able to better promote related community safety.
