STROMSBURG — Cross County was so close to the State Tournament that they could taste it.
Last season the Cougars fell one game short of making it to State, falling 63-47 to Howells- Dodge in the District Final. Friday marks the start of the new season and Cross County looks to improve on last year’s 23 win season.
