SHELBY — It wasn’t the smoothest day at the office, but the Huskies are building to the future.
Shelby-Rising City coach Jim Buswell said that while his team did not come away with the victory, they are putting pieces in place that help them down the road later in the season. The Huskies ( 2- 2) lost their home opener on Saturday to Sandy Creek 41-29.
