    POLK — If the game was extended 25 seconds the outcome may have been different.

    High Plains (0-4) rallied in the third and fourth quarters, but came up short against Exeter-Milligan (2-4) on Friday night, falling 40-37. The Storm battled back from 14 points down midway through the third quarter, tying the game at 3636 with 2:27 remaining in the game.
