    BRAINARD — The first win of the season still eludes the Storm, as High Plains dropped Thursday’s opening round holiday tournament match up with host East Butler, 43-33. High Plains started the game hot, opening with an 11-2 run before East Butler put together a 10-4 run of their own to pull within three points at the end of the first quarter....
