    STROMSBURG — Ashton Seim scored the first 10 points for Cross County High School in its C2-8 subdistrict final against Aquinas Catholic and then finished with seven of his team's final eight from the free throw line as the Cougars moved to 21-4 by beating a determined Monarchs squad 51-42 Thursday night.
