The Rising City American Legion Auxiliary, John Saylor Unit #146, has selected Aubree Siffring, a junior at Shelby-Rising City High School, to be their 2023 delegate to Nebraska Cornhusker Girls State. Aubree is the daughter of Kevin and Rachel Siffring of Rising City. At Girls State she will study local, county, and state government processes in this nonpartisan political learning experience....
