    OSCEOLA — On a windy warm Wednesday, all four Polk County track teams gathered in Osceola for the High Plains invitational. Many Crossroads conference teams gathered, including Nebraska Lutheran, Hampton, Exeter-Milligan and Giltner. 

    The Osceola girls got a new school record in the 4 x 100.
