SUTTON — While the rest of the local teams competed at Cross County, High Plains traveled to Sutton on Thursday. Six teams competed there. The boys came in fourth scoring 84 points, while the girls came in sixth scoring 20 points.
Coach Darius Williams noted Junior Gavin Morris broke the school record in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.03.
