    OSCEOLA PARK IMPROVEMENTS

    Several upgrades have been placed in Osceola’s parks, due to funds available in the Community Development Block Grant-Economic Development Program Income Revolving Load Fund (CDBG-EDRLF). The City of Osceola was notified of a balance in the CDBG-EDRLF and met in March of 2020 to discuss a productive way to use it in an approved project.
