Sisters Emily Peterson and Lydia Brooke of Stromsburg recently opened an online clothing business called Route 81 Boutique. They felt with the closing of Untamed Roan and Fields and Frills restructure, the county needed another option for women’s clothing. Peterson also stated “it wasn’t on her radar” but it’s the right time with all her kids in school now.
