SHELBY— Shelby-Rising City had to settle for a split last week when they played host to Parkview Christian and Exeter-Milligan/ Friend.
The Huskies swept the Patriots in straight sets, winning 25-14, 25-13. Shelby-Rising City jumped out to a fast start and never looked back. Aside from falling behind 1-0 at the outset of both sets, the Huskies never trailed.
