With the addition of flags, the new welcome sign project has finally been completed.
The conversations about a new welcome sign began in 2021, as Osceola’s Q150 celebration was slated for July of 2022. With the work of Tasha Weller and Frontier Coop, a spot on their property was solidified, as one enters town from the west.
