Rollin’ into a fresh, new year, we tend to envision that “new slate” awaiting our “imprints.”
Many are “into” making new year’s resolutions. As I have previously mentioned, our household opted for continually striving to become better human beings -- extensive, by being all encompassing, yet also avoiding potential year end remorse by not delving into all those specifics.
Throughout the first month of a new year, we tend to encounter many promotions pertaining to a myriad of products for enhancing lives and surroundings -- from health and grooming aids to varied household or office products, including clever storage solutions and decorative accents!
Televised programming featuring renovations and/or enhancements has become quite popular, especially at the beginning of the year when everyone is “psyched.”
One amazing, impressive designer opts for “little to no DEMO.” She incorporates many of the things already on site, and she sells items the homeowners will not be reusing to help fund their renovation! This makes so much more sense than just demolishing most everything, also a huge plus for the environment.
I am reminded of an extensive flooring project I took on years ago, in tribute to my parents. Thankfully, my dear father made all the necessary cuts as indicated by my marks, thereby speeding up the process tremendously. I thought of this upon seeing a recent advertisement for a neat, little RECHARGABLE cutter that would make a great addition to many home tool arsenals.
Yes, today’s marketplace features a wealth of wonderful, useful products, and designers have many exciting ideas to enhance lives and surroundings. Surely many consumers will be playing active roles in these exciting processes.
