There are some myths about Thanksgiving. The “Pilgrims”, as they were called landed in November 1620. The Pilgrims did not celebrate Thanksgiving in 1620 or even 1621. Some of the descendants later celebrated a “Forefathers Day” which was usually around December 21st or 22nd.
