Popular Opinion Not Always Right

Just because a majority of people think something does not mean it is right.

A majority of people in my household would like to eat at McDonald’s every night. If it was put up to a vote, they would probably never clean their room.

That’s the problem with majority rule or going by a popular opinion. Just because there is an accepted agreement does not mean it is the right decision.
