About a year ago the Senate voted to end the switch between daylight saving time (DST) and standard time (ST). If it had become law, we would have DST all year round. I don’t dislike the time change in the spring. I HATE it. It messes up my sleep schedule for a long time. Our kids didn’t adjust to it well either when they were young.
