The Polk County Health Department will hold immunization clinics at the Polk County Health Department in Osceola on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and Monday, June 27th, 2022 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. An appointment is required for compliance to the COVID-19 directives.
