The modified 18th Annual Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center fall health fair was held on Tuesday, October 4th.

Osceola School Board is Recognized

The Osceola School Board was recently recognized with the Board of Excellence Award. They meet this criteria by achieving a certain number of points, participating in a leadership planning retreat, and attending two learning opportunities.

Jeffrey Elementary Book Club Needs Your Help

Friends and family, we’d love your help again with something for our Preschool - 5th Graders this school year. One of our favorite memories from grade school was looking through and ordering from Scholastic Book Club (Let’s be real, we STILL enjoy it.

Dazzler Mini Oct. 14

The Dazzlers will be holding a kids cheer and dance camp on Friday, Oct. 14 for preschool through 5th grade. Camp will be at the NEW gym from 5-7 p.m. Campers will perform that evening at the Osceola home football game vs. Nebraska Lutheran at 7 p.m.

Library ready for October

By Allie Ray With the school year underway, we at the library are excited to be hosting our monthly Children’s Story Hours again! All children ages pre-K to 2nd grade are invited to join us Wednesday, October 26 at 4:00 for a spooky good hour of Halloween-themed stories, crafts, snacks and fun!

Senior Center

Fall has arrived and October is a busy month at the center. October 14: Business meeting at 9AM. We’ve been having a great turn out for our “Healthier You” exercise group led by Sue Daley and Avis Blase. This meets every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 AM. All are welcome.
