Cougars Defense Too Much for Storm in 41-13 win

    STROMSBURG — It started with Craig Boshart crooning the national anthem right on key and ended with son Mitch enjoying a defensive effort that was melodious in its own way.

    Shyanne Anderson scored 12 points, Cross County forced 25 High Plains turnovers and 5 for 28 shooting, and the Cougars went on to win Saturday’s Crossroads Conference game 41-13 over the Storm.
