    STROMSBURG – Cross County and Osceola have asserted themselves as state-ranked teams in Class C and D divisions and if Tuesday’s Crossroads Conference matchup between the Cougars and Bulldogs was an indicator, both squads acquitted themselves as such. Despite a 33-point performance by Osceola senior Kale Gustafson, Cross County grinded out a 57-48 home win to move to 8-3 overall. ...
