YORK — It was not the outing the Storm was looking for.
High Plains was eliminated in the opening round of the Crossroads Conference Tournament on Saturday, falling 53-40 to Bruning-Davenport/Shickley. The Eagles led from the opening tip, jumping out to a 6-0 lead before Ayden Hans would hit a pair of free throws to put his team on the scoreboard.
