POLK- High Plains head coach Martin Phillips is facing a rebuilding year with just four wrestlers on this year’s Storm team.
The team loses four three-state qualifiers to graduation and a state champion in Class D at 150 pounds.
They return just two wrestlers with experience from last season and Phillips said that this team will need to mature.
