POLK-It has been a long season for the Polk County Slammers and last week the team traveled to David City to take on the Aquinas Monarchs and on Thursday were back home to close out the regular season against the Pierce Bluejays on Parents Night.
Tuesday, October 7 the Slammers were in Kearney to take on the Stars in opening round of the C-4 subdistrict.
