The High Plains Storm Golf team took on Crooked Creek Golf Course in Clay Center last week during the Sandy Creek Invite. High Plains fired a 417 during the meet. Photos were provided .
CLAY CENTER- On the warmest day of the year to date, the High Plains Storm golf team joined the field at the Sandy Creek Invite, played at Crooked Creek Golf Course in Clay Center.The course got it’s name from Little Sandy Creek, which winds its way in and out of fairways and widen into four ponds.The Creek cuts across fairways 2, 8 and 9 at 200 and 240 yards form the tee boxes....
