    STROMSBURG - After over 20 years on the square in Osceola, Blue Valley Community Action is moving their Polk County location to Stromsburg.

    According to Jennifer Harre, family development coordinator for Polk County, the reason for the move was “we feel we could better serve the county from a more central location, like Stromsburg.” They looked for a location for a few months and finally found one.…
