OSCEOLA - Bob Zelasney of Osceola has delivered the mail for 35 years, and his last day is September 30th.
He started his career in Shelby, delivering mail. He then transferred to Osceola. About 15 years ago, his route changed as they took five routes down to four. He then had half of his previous Shelby route and half of his Osceola route.
