Stromsburg City council met in open and public session on Monday, September 14th. Much of the 3+ hour meeting was spent on one agenda item: the hearing and discussion of the request of Mike and Sandy Rystrom to subdivide property into 6 residential properties located south of 125th Blvd and M Road on the west side of the road in Stromsburg.
