STROMSBURG -The Swedish Festival is always full of food and fun and this year is no exception. Don’t let the construction keep you away. Southbound can still take the highway, but you need to get off the highway on 1st or 9th streets. Northbound will be sent up Exchange street, so parking will be limited on Exchange street. Prepare to walk an extra block or so due to more limited parking....
