Mike Flood is heading to Washington.
Republican Mike Flood defeated Democrat Patty Pansing Brooks by a 53.17 percent-46.83 percent margin in the special election Tuesday. Flood finished with 60,068 votes to Pansing Brooks’ 52,913.
