Ostkaka classes will be taught on Saturday, June 7th at 10 AM. Plan on the class taking a little over one hour as the process of both beginning a new batch and putting the first bach in the oven is taught. This class will be held at the Rose Colored Glass and is free to anyone interested in learning one of the ways to make this Swedish dessert. Samples will be available for the class to enjoy. ...
