    Instead of one grand marshall, the festival committee selected all the past kings and queens as grand marshalls of the parade. The parade “Waves of Legacy” will be Saturday starting at 6 PM near the Midwest Covenant Home at the corner of Ekeley and 9th, heading down Ekeley before going over on

    4th street to Commercial (same route as previous years).
