    Sunday afternoon awards are presented to all 4-H competitors. In addition the 4-H council selects two special award recipients. These are the heart of 4-H recipients. There is one for an individual and another for a business or family.

    This year’s recipients were Dave Burritt of Osceola and Vrbka Ag Solutions (The Corey Vrbka family) of Shelby.
