Polk’s July 1st Celebration

Polk will have a celebration on July 1st filled with food, fun and fireworks. Bounce houses for kids from 5:30-9 p.m. Water games at 6 p.m. Food served from 6-8:30 p.m. with a free will donation. Fireworks will begin at 10 p.m. Bring your own lawn chair.

A fundraiser for fireworks will be a raffle. Tickets are one for $5 and five for $20. Raffle tickets may be bought at Polk Service and Repair, Polk Village Office, Sportsman’s Bar and The Meat Hook. Raffle prizes include a padded rocker patio set, a $100 gift certificate to use at partici­pating businesses and a 32-inch Roku Smart TV. The winning tickets will be drawn during Polk Fireworks evening on July 1st. You do not need to be present to win.
