    OSCEOLA - Eight more Quilts of Valor were awarded in Osceola last Monday and Tuesday (Nov. 23-24). They were made and presented by Halee and Emma Peterson.Ryan Sandell served on active duty in the United States Air Force from June 2000 to August 2004.
