STROMSBURG — Weather permitting, railroad crossing maintenance will begin August 7 on US-81, in Stromsburg, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. US-81 will be closed at the railroad crossing located on the south end of Stromsburg. US-81 traffic will be detoured between the junctions of US-34/US-81 and N-69/US-81.
