NEBRASKA SENATORWASHINGTON, D.C. – Thursday, U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) sent a letter to the Omaha Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC), calling on an improvement to operations based on an audit by the United States Postal Service Office of the Inspector General (USPS OIG).

Last week we ran the first candidate for Polk County Sheriff, Eric Allen. This week is the second candidate to file, Brittany McCracken.Brittany McCracken graduated from Rising City High School in 2003. She moved to Las Vegas where she went to college and got an associate’s degree.

LINCOLN, NE – Today, Governor Jim Pillen is issuing a statewide burn ban, to help reduce the potential for additional wildfires in Nebraska. Dry and windy conditions have caused the spread of significant fires in the central and western parts of the state. Earlier today, Gov.
