When Jenni DeWitt’s youngest son was a toddler, he developed childhood leukemia. She wrote about it on CaringBridge.org so her family and friends could stay up to date on her son’s progress. That way they could pray for them.People enjoyed the updates and encouraged her to write.

The body of an adult man was recovered from Lake McConaughy State Recreation Area on Aug. 18 after a search and rescue effort that started Aug. 17.An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death and to help identify the man. As of 5 p.m.

KEARNEY- Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen welcomed more than 900 participants to Kearney for the 2025 Governor’s Summit: Growing Nebraska and the first-ever Governor’s Youth Summit.
