The Stromsburg Woman’s Club will meet on Monday, April 27 at 6:00 p.m. at the Viking Center. The speaker will be Kathryn Larson of Aurora. Her topic will be “Folklore Creatures of Scandinavia.” Judy Hanson will have devotions and Sherri Georges and Judy Hanson will be hostesses.

COLUMBUS - Duane Stenger from Stromsburg was honored among several others at the Columbus USBC Hall of Fame and Awards banquet onApril 11, 2026.He was honored for Bowler of the Decade, 1970s, along with Marlin Reick, Sheila Backes and Ginger Moon.
