LINCOLN - EducationQuest Foundation has awarded 36 $1,000 Do The FAFSA Nebraska Scholarships to Nebraska seniors who completed the 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).Atotal of 60 scholarships were awarded for the 2026-27 academic year.

Shelby Legion Post 296 is asking for community help with memorial weekend activities.The Legion members will be working at the cemetery: Thursday May 21 at 6:00 p.m. they will be preparing all the holes for the flags for the avenue of flags.Saturday May 23 at 9:00 a.m.
