Pastor Brenda Pfeifly has served Stromsburg Salem Lutheran Church for the past 15 years. She will be continuing her ministry in Sidney at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church beginning in December.

Purchase 2024 Game and Parks Permits Now

During the busy holiday season, don’t forget to purchase Nebraska Game and Parks Commission permits for the upcoming year. The 2024 annual hunt (small game), fishing, fur harvest and state park entry permits are now available online, at district offices and parks near you.

Cookie Walk in Osceola

The public is invited to the P.E.O. “Cookie and Candy Walk” during the Osceola Chamber of Commerce Night, Tuesday, December 5, starting at 4:00 p.m. Cookies and candy will be sold by the pound at the Osceola Civic Center. Proceeds go to local scholarships.

Thrift Shop Moving

The Annie Jeffrey Thrift Shop is moving to a new location. On December 22 they will move across the street to the former Fields and Frills shop. They will be closed from December 23rd to January 10th. A storewide moving sale will be from December 5th -22nd. Buy one get one free!
