Immunization Clinics

The Polk County Health Department will hold immunization clinics at the Polk County Health Department, Osceola, NE, on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. and Monday, October 16, 2023, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Flu shots are available. An appointment is required.

Blood Pressure Clinics

Clinics to monitor blood pressure will also be held each Tuesday of the month. They will be held at the Senior Center and rotate between each town in Polk County.
