The school board held their monthly board meeting on Monday, June 12th. The board approved a bid to deliver additional white rock to northwest parking lot and approved their 23-24 board goals. Last item was approving lunch and breakfast prices for the 23-24 school year.

Blood Pressure Clinics

Swedish Festival

Many local kitchens are filled with amazing aromas of homemade delicacies that will be served at the Taste of Sweden and other venues throughout the Swedish Festival weekend.

Folkets Vän

This subject may seem out of place here, but remember that Charles A. Lindbergh was indeed a Swede and one of whom his countrymen were very proud. In fact, at the North Park Archives there is displayed a bust of “the Lone Eagle” right next to Jenny Lind.

Booster Club Golf Tourney

The 18th annual golf tournament and fund raiser will be Saturday, July 22nd at Ryan Hill Country Club in Osceola. Registration begins at 8:30 AM with shotgun start at 9 AM. It’s a two-person scramble with flag and game prizes.

Senior Center
